The hotel room was beautifully designed, clean, and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Local amenities such as convenience stores, Starbucks, and Carrefour were all within a 5, minute walk of the hotel. Breakfast was served in the local Chinese style, with toast bread and coffee machine also available to enjoy. Other facilities, including a balcony and smoking area, made for a smoke, free room.
The hotel staff's demand for a passport at check, in, despite a government, issued ID being presented, was unacceptable and raised concerns about potential xenophobia.

We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and could speak English well. The location was convenient as there were many convenience stores, cafes and shops within walking distance. The breakfast provided was local Chinese style and although we didn't use the coupon, the coffee machine provided a decent cup of coffee.

We spent Christmas at the hotel and were really looking forward to a festive vibe. However, there was absolutely no holiday cheer whatsoever.
